When using the password reset button, emails are not being generated to anyone external to Gun Wharf, this is also under investigation with our provider and we are awaiting an update. In the meantime, please contact either HR Advice or Systems Team to get your password reset.

First Time Logon Instructions

To log onto the system the first time you will require your 7 digit employee reference number (which can be found on a previous payslip or contract). Select forgotten password and follow the onscreen instructions. Alternatively, Click here to obtain instructions that you can print if required.

November payslips for Medway Council employees are now available to view.

Medway Council employees: Tuesday 3rd December is the last day for all correspondence and claims to be received by Payroll/HR Services to guarantee payment / changes are made. Payday for December is 20th December 2019.

Gravesham Borough Council employees : Friday 6th December is the last day for all correspondence and claims to be received by Payroll/HR Services to guarantee payment / changes are made.

Staff are reminded that changes to personal and bank account details must be actioned on-line. Please do not send paper notification to Payroll/HR Services as it will not be processed.
